I would not recommend Johnsons Hyundai Liverpool because - Make sure you have enough people in the service section to provide a good experience. My service was due at 9:00am but because there was only one person on the service section I had to wait 40 minutes before I was attended to.
I would not recommend Johnsons Hyundai Liverpool because there was no one on reception to direct so stud by service desks was ignored for 10 mins as it's a electric car service there is not the usual service requirements so when complete asked was it all OK he replied yes the tyres are almost new so I asked was the battery health check ok? He looked at me like I had two heads and said well I don't know they did a health check which checked tyres and brakes and they are all fine then he turned away and started talking to another customer very unprofessional I won't be returning to johnsons liverpool
I would not recommend Johnsons Hyundai Liverpool because courtesy car provided was dirty inside and had 7 miles on the petrol gauge, quite disappointed really.
